Garlic Confit Toast | 마늘 콩피 토스트 Today's menu is 'Garlic Confit Toast'. Garlic confit takes a long time to make but once you've made it, you can store it in the fridge and use it whenever you want. Refrigerate in its oil and it should be good for 1-2 weeks. It can be used to make pasta, soups, sauce, etc, but I usually just use it to make some toasts. You can use whatever ingredients you like but I like to keep it simple and just use cream cheese and salt. Garlic confit has a lovely mellow garlicky flavour, and it goes really well with the slight tang of cream cheese. I highly recommend it!
