INGREDIENTS:-
Bhajiya (Pakora) Ingredients
Split Yellow Moong Dal (skinless): ½ cup (soaked for 30 minutes)
Green Peas (Matar): 1 cup/bowl (ground, added later)
Rice Flour: ½ cup (for binding)
Potato: 1 large (grated)
Onion: 1 medium (finely chopped)
Hot Oil: 1 tablespoon (to be added to the batter)
Oil for frying: As needed
Spice Mix (to be powdered first)
