Description

I’m teaming up with @toomdips to bring you this garlic meatballs recipe just in time for The Big Game. Toom is a great swap in meatballs instead of eggs, garlic or even oil for cooking. Serve them at your watch party and score big with your guests!Pick up Toom at Target and select Costcos. For the Meatballs 1 pound lean ground beef ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs ¼ cup Toom Garlic Dip 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper For the Sauce ¼ cup Toom Garlic Dip 1 tablespoon harissa Instructions In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Toom Garlic Dip, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix just until combined. Using a meat baller or medium spring-loaded cookie scoop, portion about 1½ tablespoons per meatball and roll gently. You should get about 16 meatballs. Transfer the meatballs to the air fryer and arrange in a single layer. Air fry at 400ºF for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the meatballs are browned. In a small dipping bowl, whisk together the toom and harissa to make the sauce. Serve with the meatballs.
