Beginning at The Village Voice, he created an enduring photographic record of New York's late-1970s nightlife, documenting communities and dance floors at Studio 54, Paradise Garage, Xenon, and other iconic venues. He later spent nearly twenty years as Paul McCartney's tour photographer. Today, Bernstein is deeply involved in preserving and interpreting his archive, working with museums, galleries, publishers, and cultural institutions around the world. Through exhibitions, books, lectures, and presentations, he shares both the photographs and the stories behind them, speaking to audiences about his career in photography, the creative process, and the people and communities he has documented. His work continues to connect new generations with a remarkable period of cultural history. 🔘 Host, Seth Miranda Seth Miranda is a New York City photographer known for commercial, editorial portrait, and SFX makeup photography.
