Will it START? Old COMMER Truck Sitting for 20+ YEARS!

In this video, I end up at this old 1970 Commer cabover truck that was previously used to truck sugar in the district it is located. Parked in this old farm shed where it now sits at rest sometime prior to 2005, the family of the owner tell me it’s been sitting for at least 20 years since it was lasted started. With the door wired shut, covered in dust and rat droppings throughout the truck, the question as to will it start and run again after sitting for 20+years will be an interesting one.
