They Never Stood a Chance... Until Now

A bee colony had been living in this service pit in the middle of a school for at least four weeks. 🐝 Thousands of bees. Hundreds of students. 🐝 Yet, as far as I know, nobody had been stung. 🐝 With winter here now, a late-autumn swarm like this is often considered unlikely to survive. 🐝 But we weren't about to give up on them. 🐝 Today, these bees got a second chance. — © @hinterlandbees
