Cat MH3260 Material Handler

Eberhards new Cat MH3260 working at their recycling facility in Zurich, Switzerland. The Cat MH3260 is a heavy-duty tracked material handler designed for demanding scrap, port, recycling and bulk material applications. Sitting in the larger end of Caterpillar’s material handler range, it combines serious reach, strong lifting performance and the stability needed for continuous high-volume handling. Powered by a Cat C13 engine, the MH3260 has an operating weight of around 60,420 kg and offers a maximum reach of up to 18 metres, giving operators the working envelope required to load, sort, stack and feed material efficiently. Built around productivity, the MH3260 is designed to keep material moving with smooth hydraulic control, strong swing performance and the ability to work with a range of attachments including orange-peel grapples, sorting grabs and magnets. Its tracked undercarriage gives the machine a solid, planted feel when working over uneven yards or heavy-duty industrial sites, while the elevated cab gives the operator the visibility needed to work safely around trucks, stockpiles, hoppers and processing equipment.
