Nearly VERY Expensive

Got there just in time. 🐝 This swarm was moments away from disappearing into the wall cavity, and once the queen goes in, the whole colony follows. Miss that window and it turns into a full cut-out job, opening walls, major cost, and a much bigger operation. 🐝 But this time, I spotted and secured the queen just before she found the entrance. Within minutes, the swarm began to settle and regroup, completely changing the outcome. 🐝 Sometimes experience helps… and sometimes you just get lucky. — © Hinterland Bees
