By linking them with a new passageway, Casagrande introduced a compact entry, a separate toilet, and a generous open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space. A custom floor-to-ceiling storage wall keeps the compact footprint uncluttered, while the kitchen blends seamlessly into the room through tall, custom IKEA cabinetry and mirrored surfaces that bounce natural light throughout the apartment. A round dining table, modular sofa, and oak shelving shape a warm, flexible living area, while a wraparound window bench adds storage and creates a sunny reading nook overlooking the quiet street.
