I’ve been making videos for years and I’ve seen so many creators (including myself) get stuck in this trap of thinking the next camera, the next lens or the next LED COB light will finally make their content matter. Spoiler: It won’t. This isn’t a gear hate video. I still love creating beautiful visuals and geek about cameras sometimes. But I think we need to talk about what actually makes a video impactful and why obsessing over specs might be the very thing holding you back.
