Lord Cutler Beckett d*es during the massive final battle at the Maelstrom near the end of the movie. After Davy Jones is kill*d, the Flying Dutchman suddenly turns against Beckett and the East India Trading Company. Beckett freezes in shock as the pirate ships open fire on his flagship, the Endeavour. The famous de*th moment is when Beckett slowly walks down the stairs of his exploding ship in complete disbelief while calmly saying: “It’s just… good business.” The ship is obliterated by cannon fire, and Beckett goes down with it as the Endeavour explodes around him.
