Peanuts (whole, with skin) - 2 tbsp Shallots - 15-20 nos Tomato - 1 no. Carrot - 1 no.Beans - 5-7 nos Drumstick - 1 no. Cookd Lunch Sambar Masala - 1 sachet Coriander Leaves (Garnish) Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pot. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilli and peanuts. Fry well.Add the shallots and fry for 2 mins.Add the tomato and other vegetables. Fry for 3-4 mins.Add 1/2 sachet of Cookd Lunch Sambar Masala.
