Orange-footed Scrubfowl Calls - Wild gurgling, crowing sounds

The wild, gurgling calls of the Orange-footed Scrubfowl are a common sound of the tropical rainforests of Far North Queensland. These sounds can be heard day or night and are often given as a duet by a pair. The Orange-footed Scrubfowl (Megapodius reinwardt) calls in this video were recorded at night in Cape Yorkm Queensland, Australia. This species is also known as the Orange-footed Megapode.
