Welcome to your upper body workout for week 1 of Summertime Fine! The next 90 days *WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE* because I want you to commit to not quitting this challenge. Todays' workout is a true endurance test! We will complete 4 rounds of 45 seconds of work per exercise alternating from using both arms, then just your left, then just your right, finishing with both arms again. I used my 10, 20 and 25lb dumbbells today and my bench so grab yours and let's CRUSH IT!
