Let's Play Pillars of Eternity #251: Exploring Madhmr Bridge at long last... for a Bounty Target

For all of the quests we've completed in the game so far, there's still one area that we haven't yet checked out and that was entirely by accident. The Madhmr bridge is the northern entrance to Defiance Bay and most people would go there to try and reach the city, but the bridge itself is out of commision due to damage it sustained during the recent storms. This isn't information I knew about when first exploring about the area so why I did't go there is a mystery to me. You know what will bring me to that location, however? A bounty I need to collect.
