US President Donald Trump greets Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky outside the West Wing of the White House. Trump welcomes Zelensky to the White House for talks on the Ukraine war. The Ukrainian president is expected to ask for long-range Tomahawk missiles that can strike deep into Russian territory. Trump earlier signalled he might be willing to give Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, but after speaking to Vladimir Putin yesterday said: "We need them too... so I don't know what we can do about that"
