Soraya Martinez Ferrada calls for unity as she's sworn in as Montreal's new mayor

Soraya Martinez Ferrada will govern for all Montrealers while striving to address the “immense challenges” facing the city, she declared Thursday evening after being sworn in as the city’s 46th mayor and the first immigrant woman elected to the position.
