With war clouds over the Middle East we examine the likelihood of a US-Iran war. Did yesterday’s talks in Geneva achieve enough to avert military action or is it still a credible possibility? Do we have clarity about President Trump’s ultimate goals or are they unclear and flexible? Is a compromise by Iran on nuclear enrichment possible or unlikely? And, if in the end, it comes to war could it be a prolonged conflict rather than a short sharp attack?
