Jack Poulson, Executive Director of the non-profit “Tech Inquiry”, a former senior research scientist at Google and former whistleblower. In 2018, he resigned in protest over Google’s controversial project, "Dragonfly," a censored search engine designed for the Chinese market that would comply with government censorship and enable surveillance. Poulson exposed the ethical conflicts between the project and Google’s stated commitment to free expression and human rights.
