Start a campfire and heat a cast iron or heavy frying pan over the fire. 2. Add butter to the pan and let it melt slowly (low and slow is key). 3. Pat walleye fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper. 4. Coat fillets in gluten-free fish breading. 5. Fry the fish gently in butter until golden and cooked through, flipping once. 6.
