CANADIAN gets his FIRST TASTE of CARINDERIA food in MANILA!

In today's vlog, I'm heading out on a motorbike for the first time in Manila with the one and only @calvin_castiel ! We originally planned to visit a "Michelin Star" Carinderia, but since they were closed, we pivoted to a local favorite: Ramirez Lugawan Pares and Mami. It’s my birthday, so Calvin treated me to my very first taste of Lugaw. From navigating the intense Manila heat on a bike to comparing Lugaw and Arroz Caldo, this was such a raw and fun experience. We even found some fresh cassava and finished the day exploring the streets of BGC. Huge thanks to Calvin for the birthday treat and the safe ride!
