Changing the game: On farm agtech solutions

Justine Baillie and Michael Scobie are co-leads of the agtech adoption team at the University of Southern Queensland and they're spearheading a program that aims to improve decision making on farm. This GRDC investment involves trialling and investigating a range of different types of technology to help farmers boost crop quality and yield, in a bid to revolutionise farming. The project is providing tools and capacity for drought preparedness through the integration of digital technologies, data management, artificial intelligence and smart machinery including drones.
