45 Minute Giant Sets | Full Body Strength Workout - We are hitting a full body workout again today - this time it's Giant Sets! We are aiming to get adequate volume on all the msucle groups throughout the week. We will have 5 exercises per circuit. You'll hit them all in a row without rest, then we'll rest before the next set.
