Description

GATESVILLE, Texas (KWTX) - It has been just over a week since a devastating fire ripped through downtown Gatesville, destroying a number of local businesses. The community is pulling together a relief benefit to happen in April that will have live music, vendors of all kinds and plenty of activities, with all the money going towards helping those affected recover. In just over a week, the community has been able to raise thousands to help employees without work after the fire. “The employee benefit fund, we’ve already had a near $10,000 provided for these employees that were affected by this,” says Blayr Barnard, the owner of Barnard Beef.
