Yes, I Am That Lazy And I Can Prove It...

In today's episode of "leadership," I decided the best way to train my cameraman David was to make him do an entire tow from start to finish... while I stood around offering unsolicited advice and calling it "training." Turns out teaching someone how to tow is a lot easier when you're not the one doing the work. David got the full experience—from the hookup to the recovery—while I perfected the art of looking busy without actually accomplishing much. I'd like to say it was all part of a carefully thought-out training program, but let's be honest... I was mostly seeing how much I could get away with. Whether David learned anything is still up for debate, but we definitely had a good time, and somehow managed to get the job done without causing too much damage.
