5 Minutes Shakshuka Bowl
Serves: 2
Recipe in English
Ingredients:
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped (2-3 tbs)
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 Large
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese 2 tbs or as required
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed to taste
-Fresh parsley
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum)
Direction:
-In a bowl, add garlic, onion, capsicum, tomato, tomato paste, pink salt, cumin powder, red chilli crushed & mix well.
-Place it in a microwave oven, cover & microwave for 2 minutes on high power (P100).
-Take out & mash tomatoes with the back of the spoon & continue microwaving for another minute.
-Take out, add cooking oil, mix well, make space for egg, add 3 eggs, prick with toothpick, sprinkle mix cheese, pink salt, red chilli crushed, cover & microwave with P50 option for 2 minutes.
-Turn off the microwave, rest for 1 minute in the microwave.
-Take out, garnish with fresh parsley, capsicum & serve with garlic bread.
