I'm giving up on remote work

I know this is controversial. But I tried it for 5 years. I built close to 30 different small teams. The ones that perform best are not remote. Media-driven companies simply need to be in the office. You can't remote work a great piece of content. Creativity needs back and forth. It needs building up on top of each other's ideas. You can't do that on Zoom.
