Can Abstraction be REVERSED in The Digital Circus?

Did you know this in the amazing digital circus? Since episode 9 released fans have been wondering if abstraction can be reversed. So can it? Let me explain. During episode 9 we find out that the humans are all scanned files on a pc, they’re code. So this led to questions on why caine can’t just restore the code to bring the abstracted humans back. Some of the merch also depicts the abstraction process, it isn’t instant. It’s odd how caine has a watch to tell him when someone enters the void, but not when someone is basically about to die. Well we found our answer out the other day in the animated short. We see that caine’s biggest fear is everyone abstracting and him being left alone. If abstraction was something that could be undone, he would’ve found that out already. It’s been decades, so it’s safe to say it can’t be undone. After the pilot came out gooseworx also straight up said on tumblr that abstraction is permanent. I also just like the idea that all the characters looking after the abstractions is an allegory for treatment or therapy. Although they can't undo what was done, they’re caring for the abstractions and giving them a better life which is cute. So what do you think? Did you know about this fan theory?
