Description

For more information, contact volunteer Lisa at [email protected] #A5768763 Meet Luna, a 1.5-year-old Lab mix with the sweetest soul and the prettiest rich espresso-brown coat, glowing with copper highlights in the sunshine and tiny creamy-white toesies that are almost too cute to handle. At first, Luna is a gentle, polite little lady who will quietly sit by your side for attention, but once she knows she’s safe with you, her goofy, affectionate side comes pouring out. She’ll happily squeeze between your legs, wiggle her booty right into your lap, and soak up every kiss and cuddle she can get! With her nonstop wagging tail, easygoing personality, and constant smile, Luna brings sunshine wherever she goes. Even after being left at the shelter when her owners moved away without her, this lovely girl hasn’t let anything dim her bright, happy spirit. Come meet Luna and scoop up this perfect little lovebug before someone else falls head over heels for her first! -1 year 7 month old brown and white Labrador mix -45 pound female - may need to be spayed when you adopt her, but the shelter can likely help with this! -may also need the standard round of shots and preventatives before you can take her home, but the shelter can help with this too -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 4/10/26 as an owner surrender due to a move -bright, bubbly personality with a huge heart, just looking for a forever family to share all her love and joy with! -shows some signs of potty training and basic obedience (has such a nice strong “sit”!), but due to her young age, may benefit from a quick refresher on the puppy basics - potty training, leash work, basic obedience/manners, and continued socialization with other people and pups United Hope for Animals is not a facility. It is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization working to end homelessness among companion animals by supporting shelter adoptions and spay/neuter programs. Through our Shelter Support Program, our volunteers photograph and video shelter pets to increase their chances of adoption significantly. Our volunteer Adoption Coordinators help facilitate adoptions of shelter pets. United Hope for Animals supports rescue, spay/neuter and networking of shelter pets to increase their chances of adoption. UHA is not a shelter, but supports shelters to help increase visibility of animals who might not otherwise be seen.
