Ferrari 12Cilindri Tailor Made: A Masterpiece of Innovation and Korean Craftsmanship The Ferrari 12Cilindri Tailor Made "Yoonseul" is a unique interpretation of the Prancing Horse’s flagship V12, designed exclusively for the South Korean market. This one-of-a-kind vehicle represents a nearly two-year multidisciplinary collaboration between the Ferrari Styling Centre, COOL HUNTING®, and five prominent South Korean artists: Dahye Jeong, Hyunhee Kim, GRAYCODE, jiiiiin, and TaeHyun Lee. Key Design and Technical Innovations: The exterior features the newly developed "Yoonseul" transitional paint scheme. This iridescent finish shifts from green to violet with blue highlights, inspired by Korean Celadon ceramics and the light of Seoul. For the first time on a factory-made Ferrari, the vehicle features translucent acrylic Scuderia Ferrari shields, wheel caps, and a Prancing Horse logo, alongside white brake calipers and shift paddles. Interior Artistry and Material Science: The cabin integrates traditional Korean techniques with automotive engineering. Artist Dahye Jeong, winner of the Loewe Foundation Craft Prize, introduced hand-woven Mongolian horsehair into the dashboard and a new 3D-developed fabric for the seats and floor. The glass roof features a custom screen-printed pattern, creating a unique interplay of light and shadow inside the cockpit. Visualizing the V12 Sound: Sound and performance artists GRAYCODE and jiiiiin translated the iconic Ferrari V12 engine sound into a visual artwork. This frequency-based pattern is masterfully rendered on the bodywork using a unique transitional paint treatment, adding a new layer of depth to the vehicle’s livery.
