New MUN definition for N.L. residents will consider military families

After appeals from people including Rebecca McDonald, the province will be changing the Memorial University Act, allowing the university to expand its definition of Newfoundland and Labrador residency for applications for seats in the medical school. The new definition will include consideration for people in military families.
