Hand tools vs Machine tools - faster, better, easier?

I made one half of the knife using hand tools and the other using power tools. I measured time for the different operations and compared them. I then showed the end result so you can decide for yourself which one came out better. Some operations are made only by hand and some only by machine because I don't have alternative , but most of the work is split evenly. Not very scientific , but still it shows the difference.
