⏱️ NEW RECORD ALERT 🥞💥 It was time to set another food challenge record and today I hit the 4 Corner Challenge at Fozzies Original Mini Pancakes on the Mooloolaba Esplanade. This beast comes in at 85 fresh-made mini pancakes, around 2.5kg, split across four flavours in one bowl. You’ve got 30 minutes to finish it or it’ll set you back $80. The the Four Corners of my bowl I’ve got:🍓 Strawberry Dream🍫 Nutella Bliss🍋 Lemon Classic🍁 Sweet & Simple with Maple Syrup No real strategy today, just whipped out the lucky spoon and straight to work. These pancakes are bite-sized and super fluffy. Whilst Fozzies has been known by many names, these guys have actually been making many pancakes since the 80s.
