Description
*originally recorded on 2-9-26*
Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Modern Industries 12x24 inch lights.
Signal on the right: 1 pair of Safetran 12x24 inch lights, 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, and a Safetran mechanical bell.
After catching 286 in Gurley, I decided to chase it east into Jackson County to see if I could get it anywhere around Scottsboro. As I was passing Midway, however, I heard that there was a 733 approaching, so I decided to see if I could beat it to this crossing. Thankfully, I was able to do so, and here we get to see my second train of the day: NS 733 with a BNSF SD70ACe leading a BNSF ES44AC on the head-end with another BNSF SD70ACe and an NS AC44C6M working as the train's DPUs and a friendly crew aboard!
Thankfully, nothing has changed to this crossing since I last recorded it.
