Meet Max, from China

Max, from China, who is studying Engineering at Adelaide University, is turning his ideas into real‑world impact. He’s currently designing a portable solar panel with a friend, combining what each of them learned in their degrees to create something practical and innovative. Alongside his studies, Max joined the university’s leadership network, building confidence and connecting with other student leaders. He also represents the international student community as a StudyAdelaide Student Ambassador, helping international students feel welcomed and supported in Adelaide. Max also volunteers with the State Emergency Service (SES), giving back to the community while gaining valuable experience and skills.
