Cop clings to moving truck before shooting, killing suspect

Newly released bodycam footage captured the wild chase of a wanted suspect with a parole violation. According to the report, an officer with the Milwaukee Police Department, clung to the door of the suspect's vehicle after the suspect decided to flee and drove for several blocks.
