Ottawa should give Quebec the money instead of building high-speed rail link, PQ says

The PQ say it will block Ottawa’s plan to build a high-speed rail line between Quebec City and Toronto if it comes to power this fall. The party says Ottawa should give Quebec the money it would have spent building the province’s segment of the rail line so those funds could be used to renovate our existing infrastructure. #cdnpoli #polqc
