Green Tea Chia Pudding 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds Coconut Milk (add until jar is full) 1 Packet Instant Matcha (I get mine from Trader Joes, or follow instructions on your powdered matcha) 1-2 Tespoons Maple Syrup (optional for added sweetness) Coffee Chia Pudding 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee Coconut Milk (add until jar is full) Overnight Oats- 3-4 Tablespoons Rolled Instant Oats 1-2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds 1-2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Dash of cinnamon Coconut Milk (add until jar is full) With chia pudding AND overnight oats they both need to settle for at least 2-3 hours. Overnight is ideal, so these make a perfect meal prep for the next morning. They will firm up to a thick consistency for a filling on-the-go breakfast.
