This week for #ShelterDogSaturday we spent the day with Springer, a sweet boy who was surrendered to the shelter with a broken femur. After months of recovery, he’s healed, full of love, and ready for his forever home. He’s the definition of a snuggle bug, calm, gentle, and so well behaved, just happy to be close to his people. We picked Springer up in our Subaru Forester Hybrid, and the dog-friendly features made the day so much easier. The low floorboard helped him get in and out comfortably, the hands-free power gate was a lifesaver with full hands, and the quiet cabin helped him feel calm and safe.
