Pierre Poilievre calls on federal govt to cancel high-speed rail project – March 31, 2026

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre holds a news conference in Peterborough call on the federal government to cancel the planned high-speed rail project connecting Toronto to Quebec City. The project is being developed by Crown corporation Alto at an estimated cost between $60 billion and $90 billion.
