Description
In this video, I put the ASUS ProArt P16 into my actual creator workflow to see how well it works for video editing, travel, gaming, and a full multi-monitor studio setup.
The model I tested features an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU, 64GB of LPDDR5X memory, 4TB of storage, and the 16-inch ASUS Lumina Pro 4K Tandem OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and antireflective coating.
Rather than focusing only on benchmarks, I used the ProArt P16 in the same environments where I actually work. I edited real projects in DaVinci Resolve, tested the display outdoors at Huizenga Park along the Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk, used it as a complete workstation while traveling, and connected it to my existing home editing setup with a 32-inch 4K monitor, a 27-inch 4K monitor, and the laptop’s built-in display.
I also look at the ports, battery and power expectations, gaming performance, and how easily the P16 integrated into a workflow that is normally built around a MacBook Pro.
