Why Did Zooble's Bar from The Digital Circus CLOSE DOWN?

Did you know this in the amazing digital circus? Today we got some unfortunate news, the real life location of zooble’s bar from episode 9 closed down. Let me explain. So a big part of episode 9 was finding out what the real life humans got up to. Zooble opened their own bar, and we saw most of the characters hanging out there together. The real life bar they used for this was called purple quarters and it’s in saint louis. Well this week they announced they were closing,and right now it’s closed permanently. It’s really sad now because if you go on their website or instagram, they advertise the fact they were in the last act and even held a night where they showed the film. But now it’s closed forever. If i was to make a guess on why it closed, i think bars in general are just hard to run nowadays, they’re not very profitable. Allegedly the property manager wanted to sell the property, so they didnt renew the lease which would also explain why it closed. Personally I think this was a massive shame, and a big missed opportunity. The bus stop from the last act is famous now, it’s practically a shrine to the show. So it’s sad that the bar from the episode didn’t get that same treatment. Like closing 4 weeks after being in a box office hit sucks. I also think glitch dropped the ball by not doing a collab with the bar, that would’ve been great. Maybe they could reopen it themselves. So what do you think? Did you know about zooble’s bar?
