Running gRPC at Scale: Lessons From the Frontlines of Production - Sailesh Singh & Prashubha Pathak, Sky Engineering & Trading Pvt Ltd
With the expansion of systems and the raise of demands of users, gRPC has established itself as the utmost answer to the development of fast, efficient and scalable microservices. There is however, no guarantee that the process between development and production will be easy. During this talk, I will present some lessons on how to deploy and run gRPC services at scale--including some lessons that are more applicable to the real world, such as service discovery, telemetry and observability, load balancing, and backward compatibility. You are probably considering gRPC or already running production services using it, but this session will give you some practical ideas on what you can do make your services faster, more reliable and ready to run into production.
