LSWR 'H16' Steam Locomotive review ~ Train Simulator

It's been a hot minute since I last reviewed a TS classic add-on, so we're going to remedy that situation with (what is currently) the newest item of DLC from Caledonia Works. This is the London & South Western Railway 'H16' class, a 4-6-2 'Pacific' tank engine of which five examples were built in 1921 and 1922.
