Hi friends! Welcome back to another episode of What I Eat In a Weekend. It’s been a while and I miss you guys. Things have been a bit tough over here, but I’ve been trying to get into a routine and taking baby steps to make each day a little better. It is officially fall! The leaves changing colour and the crisp air brings me right into soup season. I’ve also recently started a journal to jot down everything I want to tell my dad when I see him again. These little routines have been helping me find little bits of joy again in my life. Taking advantage of the nice weather, I visited my parents garden to prepare for our annual grape vinegar. My parents’ garden is seriously their pride and joy. A few years back, they decided to start growing grapes, and ever since, we’ve been making our own grape wine and vinegar every year!
