In every exercise you will start off working for 40 seconds then we will perform that exercise for 30 seconds and finally we will close it out with our 20 second round for full intensity! Our core focus is rotation so be ready to control your twisting in core work and in our cardio work too. We have a little 3 minute non-stop finisher at the end so be ready to close it out with your whole body burning! This workout is meant to push you so make sure you push yourself!
