Trump: War will end in "two to three weeks" and send oil prices back down

Donald Trump has said the US plans to leave the Middle East in two or three weeks, adding that other countries will have to “fend for themselves” in the Strait of Hormuz. As a third aircraft carrier was deployed to the region, the US President told reporters in the Oval Office that oil and gas prices would start to go down after he pulls troops out of the Middle East. “All I have to do is to leave Iran and we will be doing that very soon,” Mr Trump said. “We will be leaving very soon.
