Canada to get Chinese EVs: Trump left out in the cold

In a massive blow to Washington’s perceived power in its "own back yard," the Prime Minister of Canada visited China this week and signed a raft of agreements, including the removal of its 100% tariff on Chinese EVs, a tariff that meant Canadians could not enjoy high quality, fairly priced electric vehicles from the world’s number one innovator and supplier. But he went one step further, signaling a new, multipolar world and vowing to be part of it. That sent the usual anti-China trolls into a head-spin, with Uncle Gordon calling Chinese EVs “spying machines on wheels,” warmongering maniac Nikki Haley saying all of North America is now at “serious risk,” and one Canadian politician to bring up an old, long-debunked conspiracy theory about China, that his followers went on to nuke him for. No one, unfortunately for the Trump regime, is buying the anti-China doom and gloom stories, with the Financial Times forced to admit that the world is turning away from the United States in growing admiration of China.
