Description
The 115 litre Gorilla dump cart has a fully dumpable tip tray. It's reasonably priced and can perform most of the functions of a wheel barrow but with more stability. It's simple to put together, fairly light at 17kg and turns well.
The only criticism so far is that the tyres on this model look cheap and fairly nasty. I don't have any goats head burrs or other obvious potential problems. If the tyres are a problem I'll go solid filler and avoid air entirely. This was always part of the plan given there were so many comments on the tyres of these carts.
The other dump cart in the Gorilla range is the 200 litre. This looked huge to me in the box and the box is pretty much the size of the body of the dumper. I can see a use case for it but I think it's probably excessive for my needs. That said, if I think I can use one down the track, I'll probably get one.
These videos take forever to edit, more so when the magpies are active. In the end it wound up being 25GB of video and audio files. The video as uploaded is less than 0.9GB.
I usually do this type of video as a series of pieces that I then join together. You might notice the crickets are louder in some parts of the voiceover than others.
Bit of an update on the mower tyre – it didn't seem to do anything for a few weeks but eventually the leak slowed. It's still leaking, just very slowly. I'm not very impressed with Slime. Still, it might work and it's better than going with solid fill right away. I'll have to wait and see how the tyres hold up.
Cheers folks!
