The foreign minister says around 115 thousand Australians are currently in the Middle East as airspace remains closed. But Penny Wong would not confirm whether the government would be able to facilitate repatriation flights for those stranded in region. Virgin Australia has today cancelled at least six flights to Qatar's capital today while Qantas says there's currently no impact to its operated flights.
